A university degree or technical diploma in the areas of engineering, architecture, building sciences or construction technology.
3+ years of construction experience.
SKILLS AND RESPONSIBILITIES
The project coordinator must work closely with the project manager and assist him/her in accomplishing all daily administrative tasks required in implementing projects. Specifically, the project coordinator will obtain pricing from subcontractors and tabulate results, obtain permits and insurances and follow-up on plans and requests. As well, he/she will maintain all necessary documentation, at all phases of the project and will assist, as needed, in bridging communication with client representatives.
The project coordinator must have excellent organizational ability and be detail-oriented as well as a supportive team player.
Computer proficiency is required.
Strong oral and written communication skills in both French and English are required.
